Healthcare: Let's Fix it Not Destroy It!

We have everything in place for a good healthcare system. What are the problems? High prices? Not everyone is covered? Other than that I would say its a pretty good system. So how about fix the problem.
1. The government regulations are too much. Allow providers to compete in all states, across state borders. This would lover prices and provide competition making prices and service infinitely better.
2. Not everyone has healthcare. First of all lets define healthcare that is needed. Lets make a catastrophic health insurance type. This would be the type everyone would be required to have. If you have to go to the hospital or if your bill was over a certain amount (which rarely happens), this would be covered. More like car insurance. Insurance doesn't cover the small routine stuff. Standard office visits would still have to be out of pocket. Physicians would need to somehow be given an incentive to lower prices. Once people are seeing the bill for standard office visits, they will begin to shop around and prices will fall.

How ever you slice it, there has to be a better solution than letting the government control healthcare. There goes competition, their goes incentive. The cost will be insurmountable. Lets not become another Canada with their long lines and their low quality services.

Ron Bloom is Obama's Manufacturing Czar. He took over the same day Van Jones was let go as Green Czar. Van Jones was drawing some negative public heat to the Obama administration because of his controversial communist ties. So, do you believe me now? The White House actually believes in communism. The best thing about this new president to me is that he is black. Other than that I would probably leave all of the other qualities he has. I would of course replace them with conservative capitalistic qualities. The issue is not that he is black, it is that he is the first openly socialist Marxist thinking president we’ve ever had. I oppose him because he is a liberal, but I oppose him even more because of his anti-constitution, anti-capitalistic ideals.

I had problems with Clinton, I was very opposed to his point of view. I very strongly wanted congress to impeach him. I very strongly opposed Jimmy Carter when he was in office. Now were Clinton or Carter black? No? Wow, so it has nothing to do with skin color. It has everything to do with an administration trying to undermine our constitution and take away our rights as free people. Tearing down capitalism and instituting socialism in the United States is a very serious matter. I will not stand for it and neither will millions of American who where brought up on the philosophy that this is the home of the free and the land of opportunity.

Now on the other hand this may be a racially charged time for the other party. Considering all of the black supporters that Obama has, maybe they feel that an attack on the president is an attack on them. But is he really qualified to represent the African American vote? He is a socialist, communist activist with ties to Islam. He doesn’t have their best interest in mind. He is simply working towards an agenda to have socialism or maybe even communism in America. That is an agenda that doesn’t help anyone. Except of course those who happen to be in charge. And what does it give them? It gives them something all greedy people want - power. So, please Mr. President (and your followers) lets drop the race card. It may be useful at times for you, but it certainly isn’t good for the country.

'Free Press' for a New Communist America

Openly Marxist Robert McChesney who is the founder of Free Press is conferring with FCC Chief Genachowski and diversity chief Mark Lloyd to come up with a 'Digital Media Policy' [how to control the internet]. Free Press is also specifically targeting Fox news and talk radio. McChesney writes quote "Any serious effort to reform the media system would have to be necessarily part of a revolutionary program to overthrow the capitalist system itself. Also, there is no real answer, but to remove, brick by brick, the capitalist system itself, rebuilding the entire society on socialist principles."

It is also important to note that former white house czar Van Jones a self avowed communist was also a board member of Free Press.net. The FCC is looking to finally get deeply involved in the internet. The internet has always been pretty much self regulated. This has lead to innovation and progress in technology. To my understanding the new regulation would keep cable and phone providers from being able to offer upgraded service to certain clients that want better technology. This is like telling Mercedes that they can only offer one car, the average car everyone can afford. There is also some talk about making it so that every person in the country has broadband service. This is would cost hundreds of billions of dollars and is called communism. Meaning we pay for everyone, even people who don’t need it to have broadband internet service.

Our Constitution is Under Attack

Our new president who won his election on the campaign slogan "vote for change" is in fact looking to make a change in America. A big change. It involves taking away our freedoms and replacing them with government rule. It seems that many if not most of his cabinet and czars have some background in or support for communism. This seems to be what they want. Government ruling every part of our lives is the long term goal.

Fox News Network, the one news network on tv that is covering the truth about this administration is being told they are partisan and are "not news" by the administration. So what is news Mr. President? Just what you want people to believe? Did the Bush administration tell MSNBC news they were not news because they apposed his decisions? Remember when a government controlls the press its call propaganda. Lets not forget one of our freedoms under the constitution is free press. Meaning you can report the facts as you have found them to be.

What's more there have been signs of a propaganda campaign to high school and college students encouraging them that communism is a good thing.

CNN Did Cover the 9/12 Rally (some)

CNN interviews OK Rally Organizer Al Garhart. I think it is good to congratulate the liberal media when they do something right. I think this paticular interview was handled rather fairly. CNN did cover the rally to some extent and it appears that close to a million or so people showed up from all parts of the country to voice their concern on government spending and proposed big government policies.

Obama to Head UN Security Council

Section 9 of the Constitution states:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
At least he’s only gonna get to hold the chairmanship for a month. The chairmanship, when it does come around to us in September, usually falls to the US ambassador to the UN, currently Susan Rice. So starting Sept 24 our president will take on the role of president of the security council.

September 11 2001: The Day Islam Declared War on Americans

Let us not forget that four commercial airliners were hijacked. This included American Airlines Flight 11 scheduled from Boston to LA. Hijackers flew the passengers directly into the North tower killing all passengers and hundreds in the building. People were trapped on floors above the impact, many resorted to jumping to escape the flames. United Airlines Flight 175 also scheduled from Boston to LA was then flown directly into the South tower killing again hundreds and trapping even more. American Airlines Flight 77 scheduled from Dulles to LA was then deliberately flown into the Pentagon killing hundreds. Lastly United Airlines Flight 93 scheduled from Newark to San Francisco was hijacked and then forced into the ground by passengers battling to retake control of the flight. This was most likely intended for another critical target.

In total 2,993 people, including the hijackers, died in the attacks. The overwhelming majority of casualties were civilians, including nationals of over 90 countries. A total of 411 emergency workers who responded to the scene died attempting to rescue people and fight fires. This was all done by Islamic extremists who read and take the Koran literally. To my understanding, anyone who truly believes what Mohamed wrote must eventually come to the same conclusions these hijackers came to. They ended up killing nearly 3,000 innocent people who did nothing to provoke them. So the question becomes how do we remain at peace with a people who believe Jihad is the way to heaven?

Obama’s Science Czar Believes in Forced Population Control

President Obama's "science czar," John Holdren, once wrote about his ideas of forced abortions, "compulsory sterilization," and the creation of a "Planetary Regime" that would oversee human population levels and control all natural resources as a means of protecting the planet. These are controversial ideas his critics say should have been brought up in his Senate confirmation hearings.

But many of Holdren's radical ideas on population control were not brought up at his confirmation hearings; it appears that the senators who scrutinized him had no knowledge of the contents of a textbook he co-authored in 1977, "Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment,"

Holdren and the Ehrlichs offer ideas for "coercive," "involuntary fertility control," including "a program of sterilizing women after their second or third child," which doctors would be expected to do right after a woman gives birth. He also proposed sterilization of the population by secretly putting chemicals into the water supply. This so long as the chemicals are not found to hurt animals.

It Doesn't Add Up

The president's speech in front of congress on healthcare was I'll admit interesting to watch. He touched on some points many were wondering about. He also in my opinion gave conservatives a few concessions. But all in all he still wants the same bill and still wants a public option. He wants government run and controlled healthcare. This is dangerous for a free society. One thing he said that I agreed with (and was surprised he said) was this: "One of the unique and wonderful things about America has always been our self-reliance, our rugged individualism, our fierce defense of freedom and our healthy skepticism of government." Wow, I agree Mr. President! Tort reform was another thing I was glad he mentioned to the behest of his democratic supporters I'm sure. All in all we have to remember that a salesman will tell you just about anything to get you to buy that car. Its only after you drive the car off the lot that you realize he didn't deliver what he said he would. The biggest criticism of this speech other than his public option (which needs to be axed) was that the numbers he gave just don't add up. How are we going to insure people with no coverage and people with preexisting conditions without adding to the deficit.

So what IS the solution? First, lets scrap the bill that is currently proposed. It is all about socialism for the United States because after all it was designed by liberals with a socialistic agenda. If we want healthcare costs to go down, we actually need less government intervention and less bureaucracy. Lets start looking into free market solutions. Many solutions have already been introduced by republicans with little or no media coverage. For example tort reform which was blocked by the democrats. Other free market ideas I've heard: 1. How about removing regulations on insurance companies. For instance allowing them to compete nationwide. 2. How about encouraging people to have individual accounts rather than most accounts being run by employers. 3. How about encouraging people to have catastrophe insurance and pay out of pocket for regular maintenance and office visits. Look at car insurance for instance, it doesn't cover oil changes and minor repairs. This would bring insurance costs down considerably. It would also increase competitive pricing on office visits and overall maintenance care cost would go down. Doctors would have to provide competitive, reasonable pricing to everyone. These are just a few of the ideas I've already heard so far. Just remember that when the government gets involved it gets political. For example representative A wants to pass this provision because it helps these constituents, special interst group B wants this provision passed because it pads their pockets and so on and so forth. This is why the government needs to stay out of things as much as possible.

Here are some of the excerpts that stuck out to me:

"...I’m here because I want to talk with you about your education and what’s expected of all of you in this new school year." (who are you mr president to tell students what is expected of them?)

"I’ve talked a lot about your government’s responsibility for setting high standards, supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren’t working where students aren’t getting the opportunities they deserve." (is it the government's responsibility?)

You’ll need the insights and critical thinking skills you gain in history and social studies to fight poverty and homelessness, crime and discrimination, and make our nation more fair and more free. You’ll need the creativity and ingenuity you develop in all your classes to build new companies that will create new jobs and boost our economy. (it occurs to me that "more fair" and "more free" flies in the face of his proposed socialist policies and "building new companies" goes against the Democrat school of thought completely)

If you don’t do that – if you quit on school – you’re not just quitting on yourself, you’re quitting on your country. (this is a lot of pressure to put on a 1st grader let alone a kid in high school!)

And even when you’re struggling, even when you’re discouraged, and you feel like other people have given up on you – don’t ever give up on yourself. Because when you give up on yourself, you give up on your country. (what?)

Well, it didn't talk about serving the president or his political agenda specifically. However, his philosophy of government still comes through loud and clear. "The government has a responsibility to you." "You have a responsibility to your country" This is what I take from all this: He is setting up the government as being all important and all responsible for people. Esentially making people think that they are dependent upon the government. This is the socialist philosophy all hard core democrats have.

Overall I would say this: I don't really think that a speech like this was necessary or well advised. Due to his liberal philosophies and socialistic ideology he is a very political figure who really doesn't have any right to do this. He is in no position to be giving our kids the "papa to child" advice he is trying to give here. If you listen to the whole speech, you will notice that he gives the impression that he has authority over what our kids do. This is not the role of our president. This may be the role of a dictator in a communist country, but not in the free America we created over 200 years ago. At the very least, advice like this would be much more well suited coming from a role model who was non political.

Obama Green Czar - Communist Van Jones

Yes, one of the president's chief advisors is a self proclaimed communist. This is very concerning. Now Obama's government takeover of healthecare and some of his other socialist ideas makes a little more sense.

Due to watchdog groups getting the truth out about Mr. Van Jones, he stepped down from his position September 6th.

The White House is hiring a contractor to harvest information about Americans from its pages on social networking websites such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr.
The National Legal and Policy Center, or NLPC, revealed the White House New Media team is seeking to hire a technology vendor to collect data such as comments, tag lines, e-mail, audio and video from any place where the White House "maintains a presence" – for a period of up to eight years.
"The contractor shall provide the necessary services to capture, store, extract to approved formats, and transfer content published by EOP (Executive Office of the President) on publicly-accessible web sites, along with information posted by non-EOP persons on publicly-accessible web sites where the EOP offices under PRA (Presidential Records Act) maintains a presence," the posting states.
According to the 51-page solicitation of bids posted Aug. 21, the purpose of the mining and archiving project is to "comply with the Presidential Records Act," though the listing does not specify how the information will be used. It states that the government is currently collecting data from social networks both programmatically and by use of daily screenshots.

Ok, so lets not talk about Hitler so much. But maybe people are just trying to voice their concern because this sounds an awful lot like public indoctrination which is just what the SS did. Promo for National Healthcare: This is NOT what I believe

I found this today and thought it was "very well made propaganda". Meaning if you are under-educated you might believe this to be true. It will give you a good idea of what liberal politicians believe.


A few notes about the video:
1. This was done by a liberal organization who believes in socialist healthcare.
2. "Quality of the American healthcare system is ranked 37th in the world": As per the World Health Organization year 2000 report. The WHO is a socialistic organization that believes in government healthcare. They stopped doing rankings in 2000 according to them because of the difficulty of all that was involved in doing such a ranking. So in other words, they realized they cannot deliver accurate rankings. If done fairly, the US would probably be ranked in the top five. The truth is countries that have government run healthcare send their citizens to the US to get quality, complex procedures. The rest of their people wait in long lines to get simpler procedures done.
3. “No out of pocket expenses, no co pays, no deductibles, no coinsurance”: Just higher taxes for everyone. The money has to come from somewhere, it doesn’t magically come form the “healthcare fairy” does it?
4. “People love choices, you can go to any doctor”: No you will go to the Dr. the government tells you to. Choices, that's one thing you definitely will NOT be getting from government healthcare. Choices come from a free market system. And by the way the government is the one keeping the health providers from moving across state boarders.
5. "A 10% tax, something millionaires will be able to cope with": (a) they are overestimating how many millionaires there are. This still would not pay for the system they are proposing. (b) isn't that stealing? Taking from the rich giving to the poor? I believe if we look at history we will find that charity works, stealing doesn't.
6. One thing no one is taking about. When a system is "paid for" and is "free" meaning there are no co-pays, no expenses, no out of pocket costs, aren't people going to over-use the system? If it's "free" aren't you going to go to the doctor no matter what the problem? On the other hand, if you have some financial responsibility in the matter and you decide its not really that necessary you may not go. Government healthcare only gives you the inconvenience of waiting in long lines as the deterrent to overusing their system.
7. And lastly without "incentive," like in a free market economy, what drives you to do your job goes down. This means, as seen in Canada and the UK, quality healthcare tends to go away. With government telling physicians how much they can charge, the very skilled ones will begin to look for work elsewhere and/or a more lucrative profession. Unfortunately even the most kind-hearted human being has the "whats in it for me" mentality. This is why socialism doesn't work people like to be rewarded for their hard work.

Don't Tread on Me

It's patriotic to tell your government when they are getting too big, too powerful and too socialistic. It is patriotic to throw a tea party and voice your opposition to taxation without representation, abuse of powers, infringement upon religious rights and many other issues that our own fore fathers took issue with over 200 years ago. We did not design our government to act as a king telling the people what to do. Government policy is to be by the people for the people. Meaning the goverment is to serve the people. Government officials are to have very limited powers and the president is to be just one of the members of our executive branch. So, stay educated, voice your opinion when things are not right and most importantly pray for our country.

Government Healthcare MUST Be Stopped!

The government takeover of healthcare would mean the single largest lifestyle change for the American people ever. Obama’s healthcare plan would mean that the United States would become a socialistic society. Socialism is a step away from Communism in which the government forces the people to do what the government wants them to do. You’ve seen it in Russia, China, Cuba and North Korea. The system doesn’t work because it destroys free market thinking, the thinking the US was built upon, and makes for no incentive to be productive. Ultimately prices go up and productivity goes down.

The system we have right now is overpriced because of the government regulations we already have. With the new plan the cost of healthcare is not going to go down, we are just going to be forced to have the system the government chooses. This instead of the private insurance, free market system, we currently have. Look at other countries with a National Healthcare System like the UK and Canada. The quality of healthcare goes down. You are put on a waiting list to see a doctor. It could take weeks, months even years. And in some cases if you are over age 70 you are told you cannot get the life saving procedure you need and instead may even be given counseling on how to commit suicide. Speaking of life saving procedures, if a citizen of these countries really needs an important procedure to save their life where do they go? The US. So now where are we going to go?

This government healthcare is a terrible, terrible idea. Right now, the United States leads the world in medical technology. This would all change with the Obamacare plan. There are ways to make healthcare more affordable without going to a socialistic system run by the government. Think about it. Anything run by the government, is it more efficient and more inexpensive to run? No it causes bureaucracy and is the most inefficient way to run a system. This is because incentive is taken away. Look at the mail service compared to UPS or Fed Ex. The free market method is the most efficient and effective way.

Obama is basically saying, I would like every American to be able to afford a $60K Mercedes Benz. Sounds nice right? So if we lower the price of a Mercedes down to $10K what’s going to happen? The first year everything might seem great. After that, Mercedes is either going to go out of business, or the once high quality car will become more like a $10K car. It will eventually look, feel and drive just like a $10K car. “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” Remember hearing that growing up? It has to come from somewhere. Money basically represents your hard work in tangible form. Government healthcare means taxes. Higher and higher each year. And remember you can’t opt out of taxes. You take the service the government gives you and you pay them what they say you will. No more free choice.

Lets STOP this disaster from happening to the American people. For our children and our childrens children!

Our leaders need to know this is wrong, we do not want free America to become a socialistic society!!! Most importantly, tell others (republicans and democrats alike) what is really going on!
